Job Summary
•We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our team. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of software development best practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Job Requirements:
•Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
•Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software solutions.
•Drive architectural decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
•Oversee code reviews, development best practices, and software quality standards.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and DevOps, to deliver solutions effectively.
•Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability.
•Advocate for and implement best practices in software development, security, and performance optimization.
•Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where necessary.
•Ensure project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met efficiently.
Preferred:
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
•Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Dart, or JavaScript.
•Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
•Proficiency in software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
•Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
•Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
•Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices, and database management.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
•Work involves talking, hearing, keying, and writing.
•The physical requirements of this position are described as sedentary work. Sedentary work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects,
•Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, specific skills, and years of experience.
