Lead Setter

Overview

We are a residential solar company and are looking to grow our local office in Wilmington. As a company our job is to find homeowners that qualify for the federally subsidized net metering program, which aims to improve the energy efficiency of homes and the grid. We pair qualified homeowners with the home efficiency and solar options that are the best fit for their home to save them money on their utility bills.

Lead Setter Position

In this role you will be part of a team. Appointment setters are responsible for finding which homes qualify for the net metering program in their assigned area. We then set up qualified homeowners with appointments to get more information about the program from one of our trained technicians.

This is not a sales position. Appointment setters are trained on a short pitch to educate and inform homeowners without involving any decision-making process. The best way to get this information out to homeowners is in-person by going home to home. Candidates that excel in this position are highly driven and effective communicators.
