In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that FLISR projects are developed in a cost-effective and purposeful manner, while also improving long-term program robustness, requirements, costs, and timelines.

Facilitate the permitting process by liaising with relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and requirements. Proactively address any permitting challenges or delays to minimize project disruptions.
Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including regular reporting on project and program progress, risks, and milestones. Foster transparency and engagement, addressing stakeholder inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior Project Managers, fostering their professional growth and development. Share expertise, best practices, and lessons learned to enhance their project management skills and ensure a strong talent pipeline within the organization.
Continuously assess and enhance project and program management processes, methodologies, and tools to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and quality throughout the organization. Identify areas for improvement, implement process enhancements, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
