Martin Marietta is seeking a Lead Person to join our team. The ideal individual will be safety conscious, dependable, and motivated. This individual will be responsible for communicating standards of excellence in the daily work assignments of assigned team in order to meet safe production as outlined by Management. The Lead person will communicate standards through stated goals, daily interactions, team meetings, providing input on employee performance evaluations, and recommending disciplinary actions. This position requires travel from the quarry to other locations.Hours: Monday-Friday: 4 PM - 2 AM
