The Lead Protection & Control (P&C) Commissioning Engineer is responsible for supporting and executing site-based P&C commissioning activities on GSI NAM projects, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and technical requirements.
While working offsite (office-based), the Lead P&C Commissioning Engineer will collaborate with the Engineering team to assist in the development of commissioning plans, review technical documentation, and provide input on procedures related to P&C systems.
As part of the Service Commissioning team, the Lead P&C Commissioning Engineer will also support field specialists remotely by assisting with troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution of technical issues that arise during project execution.
When onsite, the Lead P&C Commissioning Engineer will support the implementation of the commissioning plan alongside the on-site team. This includes ensuring adherence to established safety protocols, quality standards, and technical procedures.
The role involves contributing to daily progress reporting, updating technical trackers with completion milestones, and assisting in the accurate allocation and logging of work hours across base scope, quality issues, and change orders. The Lead P&C Commissioning Engineer plays a key role in helping to manage scope and budget alignment to support project margin goals.

The salary range for this position is 78,800.00 - 105,000.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. 78,800.00 - 105,000.00 - 131,200.00 USD Annual
