Production Team Lead – Crystal Finishing Systems

Take charge of the frontline! We're looking for a hands-on leader to oversee daily operations, drive quality and safety, and keep production flowing smoothly. You’ll coordinate schedules, guide your team, and ensure every package hits the truck right—on time and on spec.

What You’ll Do

- Direct workflow to meet daily production goals

- Communicate specs, resolve issues, and support your team

- Perform quality checks and maintain safety standards

- Train new hires and foster a positive work environment

- Jump in on the line when needed - lead by example

- Recommend process improvements and recognize great work

What You Bring

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Attention to detail and commitment to safety

- Ability to adapt, motivate, and collaboration

- Combination of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in leadership and participation or completion of leadership program preferred, ability to lead a team environment a must.

- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities.

- Strong understanding of production and quality processes required.

- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

Familiarity with ISO certification and processes preferred

THE FINE PRINT

The position requires the ability to team lift, load and carry items weighing up to 150 pounds.
