Premier National Builder of multifamily residential commercial projects, typically 200-400 unit garden-style or podium projects in the Rockies, is looking to hire a lead multifamily superintendent for operations in Boise, ID and other locations in the surrounding market. The ideal candidate will be expected to invigorate other team members and become part of a culture committed to providing a superior product while enjoying the process.

The valued prospect will demonstrate a minimum of 5-7 years of substantial commercial multifamily experience. You must be comfortable leading sizable teams of staff and sub-contractors; interfacing with clients; coordinating with municipal and regulatory authorities; and building relationships with key participants.
