Lead Manufacturing Specialist 2 - Material Plan & Execution

Job Description Summary

As a member of the Global Supply Chain Atlanta Repairs team, you will be responsible for Sales & Operating Planning and managing project financial lifecycles from order receipt to invoicing. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient operations and providing exceptional customer service

- Manage master planning (S&OP), material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules.

- Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.

- Take ownership of Sales Orders in SAP following order handover.

- Liaise with stakeholders including sourcing, procurement, repair vendors, warehouse, logistics, compliance, and finance to resolve issues and facilitate smooth order progression.

- Communicate updates regularly to your internal and external customers on their orders and any issues raised.

- Provide accurate financial reporting by regularly updating pacing risks/opportunities and project level cost reporting.

- Actively participate in daily operational meetings, identify opportunities to streamline processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.

- Ensure compliance with GE policies, local guidelines, and relevant laws

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in manufacturing or service operations.

- Basic experience in the Services & Customer Order and Fulfillment in a heavy industrial manufacturing or similar environment

- This position is 100% onsite position at the GE Vernova Chamblee, GA site

Pay Transparency

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $81,700.00 - $130,000.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 10% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This posting is expected to close on or after October 3, 2025.

- The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
