Summary
The Lead L&D Project Manager will focus on end-to-end project management of complex and large-scale initiatives, aligning L&D strategies with company goals, and delivering results through effective cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should bring a blend of advanced project management expertise, strategic thinking, and experience organizing learning for large matrixed organizations.
Responsibilities
•Manage multi-faceted L&D projects and processes from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
•Develop project plans with clear timelines, objectives, milestones, and risk management strategies
•Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the impact of L&D initiatives
•Organize stakeholder alignment sessions to gather input, set expectations, and secure commitment to project objectives
•Serve as the primary project point of contact for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring open communication and transparency
•Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants when needed for projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines
•Prepare readouts on project progress, achievements, and lessons learned
•Manage Change Management processes that ensure smooth adoption of new learning initiatives across the organization
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in a business-related field strongly preferred
•5+ years of relevant project management strongly preferred
•3+ years of experience in an L&D role/function strongly preferred
•Ability to travel 25% of the time
•PMP or other project management certification preferred
•Experience working in a complex, fast-paced environment
•Experience working with project management software is required
•Jira and Power BI preferred experience strongly preferred
