Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing installation projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a strong background in various installation techniques including, Custom Pergolas, Retractable Motorized screens, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Duties

•

Supervise and coordinate installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion.

•

Perform Outdoor shade product installation, ensuring precision and adherence to safety standards.

•

Execute electrical installations and repairs as needed.

•

Apply caulking, stucco, and plaster techniques for finishing touches on installations.

•

Conduct frame carpentry tasks to support structural integrity.

•

Carry out concrete finishing work as required for various projects.

•

Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

•

Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate installations of fixtures and systems.

•

Train and mentor junior installers, providing guidance on best practices and techniques.

•

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Experience

•

Proven experience in glass installation, worked with Aluminum, electrical work, caulking, stucco, plaster, frame carpentry, concrete finishing, and fixture installation.

•

Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in the installation process.

•

Ability to read and understand schematics related to installation projects.

•

Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not mandatory.

•

Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
