Job Overview: Lead Generation Specialist (In-Store)

Key Responsibilities
•Engage with customers in-store to generate interest in going solar.
•Qualify leads to ensure they meet program requirements.
•Use a warm, conversational approach to book appointments.
•Record customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
•Support store associates by helping customers find products and providing product knowledge when needed.
•Attend ongoing trainings to stay sharp and informed.
Required Qualifications
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to confidently approach and engage with customers
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
•Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
•Reliable transportation to and from retail location
•Must be eligible to work in the United States
•Able to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
•1+ years of experience in lead generation, customer service, or sales (especially in-store or door-to-door)
•Experience working with CRM systems or data entry tools
•Bilingual (Spanish preferred, but not required)
•Familiarity with solar energy or home improvement industries
•Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
•Experience using scripts or objection-handling techniques
