•Running credit applications and processing solar loans for customers through major solar lenders including:
EFS, NYSERDA, Lightreach, PosiGen, Sunlight, ENFIN, and GoodLeap.
•Reviewing solar proposals and understanding engineered plan sets to ensure financial compatibility and readiness.
•Coordinating closely with operations, sales, and permitting teams to align financing timelines with project milestones.
•Managing payroll, human resources, and assisting with internal staff organization and onboarding.
•Monitoring time management systems and helping to improve internal workflow.
•Supporting sales representatives by assisting with financing options and closing deals when needed.
The Ideal Candidate:
•Has a solid background in solar finance, solar operations, or financial management.
•Strong understanding of solar loan products, including term sheets, dealer fees, and qualification requirements.
