Lead Field Services Specialist - Overwatch (Remote Eligible, U.S.)

Job Description Summary

The Lead Field Services Specialist – Overwatch will be the responsible subject matter expert "SME" of the Overwatch IT and Communications focused on wireless communications, wireless operations, procurement, procedure management, IT infrastructure, and outage execution at both boiling water reactors and pressurized water reactors. This role will provide successful execution of complex projects involving BWR 2-6 In Service Inspection (ISI), including in-vessel visual technology tooling and services along with core verification and reactor service maintenance activities.

The base pay range for this position is $78,800-105,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on 7/1/2025.

The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
