About the role:

Alcoa Warrick is seeking an experienced and driven Engineering Lead to join our Smelter team. This leadership role is responsible for guiding a team of engineers (mechanical and/or electrical) in support of operational excellence, asset performance, and continuous improvement across the smelting process.

As the Engineering Lead, you will provide technical direction, mentor engineering staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. You will play a key role in driving innovation, solving complex engineering challenges, and aligning engineering efforts with business goals.
