Your Role as a Lead Electrician
Lead residential and commercial electrical projects that typically run from one day to four weeks as a working foreman.
•Plan and lead team-based electrical installations as a hands-on foreman
•Develop daily goals and task lists to achieve project and client objectives
•Oversee, coach and develop apprentice electricians
•Promote and maintain a positive, solutions-oriented team atmosphere
•Manage quality, safety and client satisfaction standards
•Demonstrate integrity, craftsmanship and professionalism
What Are the Qualifications
•Track record of taking on leadership roles, a desire to lead teams and the drive to develop yourself as a leader and trades professional
•Journeyman or master electrician license in Idaho (or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of joining)
•Physically adept to complete the typical duties of electrical services, including working in crawl spaces or attics, climbing ladders, carrying tools, working at heights and in harsh weather, etc.
•A current driver’s license and clean driving record
•Passing of a standardized background check prior to employment
