SALARY RANGE: $125,766 to $157,208

LOCATION: NY – Brewster

Job Summary:

Lead Electrical Engineer within the Digital Grid organization is responsible for overseeing the portfolio of projects assigned to the unit. This role ensures that each project adheres to regulatory requirements, company standards, and maintain consistency through. The Lead Electrical Engineer will report directly to the Unit Manager and work closely with cross-functional project teams to support project needs as directed by the Project Manager and Unit Manager. The Lead Engineer will work closely with the construction and design team to develop drawings, specifications, and construction work orders to support the design, construction, and commissioning of electrical equipment.

Key Responsibilities* Performs engineering analyses of the electric distribution, electric substation, and transmission system and recommends actions to develop design options or recommendations for major substations and transmission construction projects.

Required Qualifications Experience and Education:* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electrical civil mechanical preferred.

Preferred Qualifications* PE License State of NY
