Lead Data Scientist

This is a remote position; but candidates must live on the East Coast

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Data Scientist to join our team and help transform the water and wastewater utility industry. You’ll be responsible for developing and operationalizing machine learning models that drive chemical reduction, asset reliability, and process optimization across utility operations. From concept to deployment, you'll own the lifecycle of models that directly impact how utilities manage resources, reduce costs, and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

+ Predictive maintenance for critical assets + Process control optimization

Qualifications

+ Digital twins or simulation modeling + Optimization algorithms (e.g., genetic algorithms, reinforcement learning)
