Lead Custodian/Housekeeper

Clean and sanitize office breakrooms (tables, counters, sinks, appliances, etc.)

Restock supplies in restrooms and kitchens (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.)

Disinfect high-touch surfaces in shared areas (door handles, tables, etc.)

Empty trash and recycling bins in offices, restrooms, and break areas

Dust, Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors

Clean interior glass and windows

Track cleaning supply inventory and communicate restocking needs

Follow all facility safety procedures and report any issues promptly

Other duties as assigned.

Prior janitorial, housekeeping or custodial experience preferred (especially in office or industrial environments)

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean space

Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking throughout the day

Good communication skills and a positive attitude
