Position Summary

The Lead Change Management Consultant manages all aspects of change on a single complex project, transformational effort or across multiple initiatives within a program. This position is accountable to business leaders for delivering business outcomes that are dependent on people adopting solutions successfully.• Defines and delivers robust change management strategies, approaches and plans for multiple engagements that can cross functional boundaries

Hybrid Mobility Classification* – Work will be performed from both remote and onsite locations after the onboarding period. However, hybrid employees should live within a reasonable daily commute to a Duke Energy facility.
