Sours Home Improvements Inc. is a Licensed Class A Contracting company based out of Waynesboro, VA. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks and the ability to lead a team effectively. This role requires expertise in cabinet installation, frame carpentry, and fixture installation, among other skills. As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. We provide all the essential tools and trucks.

This is a full-time role, requiring a 40-hour work week from Monday to Friday. Pay is based on experience.
