Lead Blade Structural Design Engineer

Job Description Summary

This position will be part of the GE Vernova team responsible for wind blade structural design. The team is responsible for all aspects of wind blade design including conceptual structures, detailed analysis, models and drawings, production support, field failure investigations, testing, and manufacturing support. The role will specifically focus on structural design and analysis of composite structures for new blade designs & existing products as part of GE Vernova’s wind portfolio. This position will also include supporting non-conformances in the factory and providing engineering technical support for fleet issues.

The base pay range for this position is $88,600.00 - 125,000 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. This posting is expected to close on 5/31/2025.

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.*
