Lead Analyst - Programs

The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from

$85,000 to $107,000 plus up to 16% bonus

Provides technical services and support in driving strategic decision-making and operational excellence across key programs. This position leads analytical efforts to evaluate program performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support data-driven planning. Combines strong analytical skills with program management insight to influence outcomes and guide leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze complex data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.

- Develop detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings for management and other stakeholders.

- Develop recommendations for improving processes, products, or systems based upon data analysis.

- Work with different departments and teams to understand their data needs and implement data-driven strategies.

- Ensure the quality, consistency, and security of company data throughout its lifecycle.

- Monitor business performance, evaluate metrics, and suggest ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Provides support for Emergency Events.

Qualifications

- 8+ Years of releveant experience, Bachelor's degree preferred

- Experience in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

- Excellent oral and written communication skills (copywriting, editing and proofing)

- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage vendors for on-time, high-quality deliverables

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects at a time

- A combination of a bachelor’s degree or four to eight years of experience will be considered

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in email platforms such as dotdigital, Mailchimp, Constant Contact

- Ability to write HTML code

- Experience with web platform editing, building, management

- Experience with Mail Merge, commercial printing, direct mail services, media buyers

- Data analysis experience

- Project management experience and/or communications planning

- Skilled in Excel and/or Power BI

- Prior experience using Adobe Workfront or similar project management and communications proofing tool
