Job Specific Duties

Lawn and Landscape Maintenance – Mowing, weeding, string-trimming, edging, blowing. animal waste cleanup, pruning, trimming, raking, trash pickup, driving, dumping, etc.

Landscaping – Seeding, digging, lifting, raking, weeding, mulching, sodding, etc.

Maintenance et. al. – Cleaning equipment, trailers, trucks, greasing equipment, equipment repair, changing tires, changing blades, cleaning shop area, etc.

Compensation

Everyone that works at Nextdoor earns a base rate of $19 an hour - BUT, with our pay-for-performance bonus program, we want you to be earning around $22-$24 an hour, and possibly even more! You can do this with our hourly bonus opportunities by being efficient, maintaining quality, and performing jobs according to the schedule.

This P4P bonus can be earned one-month after your start date, once your initial training period is complete. This system aligns our team members' goals of earning more money and taking pride in their work with the company goals of providing quality service that our neighbors can count on and expect.

Schedule

We are looking for someone to work between 24-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. We provide holidays off, personal day’s off, and opportunity to earn paid time off based on attendance. We want to provide our team members with as many hours as possible and aim to offer hours year round. March through November we can expect consistent work and a full schedule.
