Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring that landscapes are not only beautiful but also healthy and sustainable. This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, tree care, and groundskeeping, with opportunities for leadership and growth within the company.

Responsibilities

•

Maintain and enhance the aesthetic quality of landscapes through regular lawn care and landscape maintenance activities.

•

Supervise and lead a team of landscape workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.

•

Build and install landscape features such as flower beds, pathways, and decorative elements.

•

Perform tree care duties including pruning, planting, and health assessments to promote growth and longevity.

•

Irrigate landscapes effectively, managing water resources to maintain healthy plant life.

•

Conduct routine inspections of groundskeeping areas to identify maintenance needs or potential issues.

•

Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping preferences and provide recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications

•

Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is preferred.

•

Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively.

•

Knowledge of tree care practices, irrigation systems, and lawn care techniques.

•

Ability to build landscape features with attention to detail and craftsmanship.

•

Excellent organizational skills with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks performed.

•

A valid driver's license may be required for transportation between job sites.

•

Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions is essential.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
