Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscaper with Horticultural Knowledge to join our small team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of various landscaping techniques. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties through effective landscape management. The Landscape Technician will be responsible for executing tasks related to lawn care, plant pruning, and overall garden maintenance and landscape design installations.

Our new teammate will have several years of experience maintaining beautiful gardens in the greater Seattle area. Our new teammate will have a clean driving record and can drive Izusu NPR dump trucks (or is willing to learn).
Duties
•Perform routine lawn care activities, including mowing, edging, and fertilization.
•Conduct fine pruning of plants, bushes, and small trees and care to ensure healthy growth and safety.
•Dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
•Build landscape features such as flower beds, retaining walls, and pathways.
•Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and minor repairs.
•Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects efficiently and effectively.
•Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and inquiries regarding landscape maintenance.
Qualifications
•Previous experience in landscaping or related fields is required
•Strong mechanical knowledge to operate various landscaping tools and machinery safely.
•Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials, digging, and standing for extended periods.
•Knowledge of horticulture practices related to plant and tree care, garden maintenance, and landscape design is required.
•A valid driver’s license is required for transportation to job sites. You must have reliable transportation.
•Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
•Willingness to work in various weather conditions as needed.
