Lakeview Lawn & Landscape, Inc. offers premier property management, landscaping and construction services to commercial clients across New York State. We are currently in search of experienced Operations Managers who are energetic, reliable, hardworking, team players with a positive attitude to join our company.
Responsibilities and Duties:
•
Oversee all maintenance crews – foremen, crew members, etc.
•
Coach, develop and hold accountable all foremen
•
Daily conversations and goal establishment centered on individual performance and developing plans and timelines for foremen and crew members to grow careers
•
In field training of all maintenance operations
•
Training and development of all crew members
•
Quality work and self-inspection
•
Ensuring work meets customer quality expectations and company standards
•
Ensuring work is completed at or below budgeted hours – including creating plans for foremen to complete work, maps and daily checkpoints, etc.
•
Work closely with Clients to ensure customer satisfaction
•
Proactive scheduling, planning and coordination of all maintenance crews
•
Ensure foremen and crews have proper tools, equipment, trucks and materials to utilize
•
Recruit and build a team so we have enough talent to produce the work that is sold
•
Participation in snow and ice removal is mandatory
Job Requirements: High school degree
•
Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
•
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•
Keen attention to detail
•
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
