LANDSCAPE CREW LEADERS; LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE LEADS & HELPERS IN OUR SANTA CLARA OFFICE

BSM Facility Services Group - Leading building maintenance company established in 1979 is growing throughout the South bay Area and beyond. We are looking for self-motivated individuals to perform a variety of commercial property landscape Maintenance, installation and Irrigation tasks serving our clients and building owners in offices, retail plazas, and industrial facilities. The more experience you have the better, we like to promote within!

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ability to work alone or as part of assigned landscape crew

- Ability to prioritize landscape maintenance tasks that will benefit the landscape and clients

- Ability to lead and train crewmembers in all landscape duties.

- Report landscape deficiencies and apply resolutions for problems.

- Use cell phone for answering e-mail and taking photos.

- Adhere to route schedules.

- Pruning

- Mowing

- Edging

- Blowing

- Fertilizing

- Herbicide application

- Willingness to work in all landscape fields such as planting, irrigation and installations.

Location: Santa Clara, Ca.

Hours: Monday through Friday 5:30amto 2:00pm

Rate per hour: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour depending on experience & qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- Have had a valid California Driver's License for minimum 5 years and experience in driving with trailers. (Drivers position ONLY)

- 3 years of landscape maintenance experience

- Must possess proper work permits

- Pass background check

- Be able to lift up to 55 lbs.

- Be able to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, climb ladders for multiple hours a day

- Ability to work outside in any weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22 to $27 /hour depending on experience & qualifications

Schedule: 8 hour shift
