Flag Landscaping is looking to hire a maintenance crew lead for maintenance, snow removal, and Christmas lighting.

Unlike many construction, painting, or landscaping companies we have been able to diversify our winter work with snow removal and holiday lighting to help keep employees steady during the slow months. Requirements:

Need to have FULL TIME availability, driver's license, and reliable transportation.

Position Description:

The maintenance crew lead is responsible for the daily field operations, equipment, and warehouse responsibilities of the crew from the start to the end of the day. The goal of the crew lead will be to effectively communicate jobsite directions and standards to efficiently complete daily tasks at a high high standard. The crew lead will continually teach, develop, and learn with their co-workers. Excellent communication skills are needed to clearly relay information to and from others as well as with our interactions with clients. This position will incentivize growth, personally as well as in others, to drive our company culture.

Responsibilities:

-Leading lawn care and property maintenance services

-Performing technical hedging, trimming, pruning as related to specific plants

-Leading xeriscape and softscape installations

-Minor irrigation repair and installation

Pay: $20.75 - $22.00 per hour
