Land Development Associate (Associate's Degree Preferred)

Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive Land Development Associate to identify, evaluate, and secure locations for solar and battery storage projects across the U.S. This role focuses on building relationships with landowners and stakeholders, conducting virtual site assessments, to support the development of Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining land acquisition processes and contributing to the success of our renewable energy projects.

Qualifications:

· Associate degree.

· Experience in renewable energy project development, particularly in solar and battery storage a plus, but not necessary.

· Knowledge of land use planning, zoning laws, and environmental regulations a plus, but not necessary.

· Strong communication skills.

· Proficiency with CRM/ ERP systems and data analysis tools.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
