A Land Acquisition Manager in the renewables industry is a regional leadership position responsible for the acquisition, management and optimization of land assets for renewable energy projects, such as wind, solar, storage and hydrogen facilities. This role involves strategic planning, negotiation, and coordination to secure and manage land resources effectively.

The Land Acquisition Manager reports to the Director of Land Acquisition. You will be responsible for managing and acquiring land, handling land asset management activities for renewable energy projects and managing 3rd party brokers/agents as needed to support the RWE company goals in the Southern Region of the United States. This will include developing and implementing strategic land acquisition plans, negotiating land agreements, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and permits.

Pay range: The annual base salary range for this position in Illinois is $126,000- $188,000. The listed salary range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations.
