Neegan Development is seeking a hardworking, reliable, and team-oriented individual to fill the position of Labourer. This is a great opportunity to join a crew that values safety, collaboration, and getting the job done right.
Job Duties Include:
•
Perform general labour duties such as site cleanup, material handling, and assisting equipment operators
•
Support the crew with various tasks to ensure smooth job site operations
•
Participate in daily toolbox meetings and follow safety procedures
•
Understand and follow instructions from supervisors
•
Adhere to all company safety policies and standards at all times
•
Continuous movement of the geo grid rolls (rolling and coiling)
Requirements:
•
Previous labour experience in a mining environment
•
Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
•
Valid Class 5 diver's licence
•
CSO or BSO (common safety orientation or basic safety orientation)
•
Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to follow safety instructions and communicate effectively on site
•
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
•
Have great attention to detail
•
Driving safely in a fast-paced environment
•
Packer experience is considered an asset
Additional Information:
•
Only qualified applicants residing in the Fort McMurray/Wood Buffalo Region will be contacted
•
No camp accommodations or living allowance are provided for this position
•
All offers of employment are subject to a standard Pre-Employment Drug Screening and a clean drivers abstract
