Laborer

Laborers are responsible for executing a wide range of heavy manual physical tasks while adhering to strict safety guidelines and procedures. This position requires a strong commitment to safety and a proactive attitude in identifying and mitigating potential hazards. This is a safety-sensitive position.

Minimum Qualifications:

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

+ Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments. + Strong commitment to safety and awareness of safety procedures. + Capacity to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. + Willingness to obtain necessary certifications or licenses, such as forklift operation or first aid/CPR. + Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. + Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends, as required.

Working Conditions:

+ The Safety-Sensitive Laborer will work primarily outdoors and may be exposed to varying weather conditions. + The role may involve exposure to dust, noise, and hazardous materials. + Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory and will be provided by the company.
