Position Overview

We’re hiring a Laborer / Equipment Operator to support day-to-day field operations. You’ll operate excavation and construction equipment, assist with physical labor on site, and perform basic equipment maintenance. This role is ideal for someone with experience in excavation or construction—or someone motivated to learn and grow into a long-term operator or CDL driver role.
