Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer/Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, performing manual labor tasks, and ensuring that operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
•
Operate and maintain various types of machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
•
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
•
Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed.
•
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
•
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet production goals.
•
Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to company standards for cleanliness.
•
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
Experience
•
Previous experience in a labor or operator role is preferred but not required.
•
Familiarity with operating heavy machinery is a plus.
•
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and standing for extended periods.
•
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
•

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
Schedule:

12 hour shift

Home daily
•
Monday to Friday

No nights
•
Weekends as needed
