Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers in a wholesale nursery. This role is essential in supporting various projects and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. As a Laborer, you will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Responsibilities
•
Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites.
•
Perform physical labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
•
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
•
Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
•
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
•
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
Skills
•
Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
•
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
•
Ability to follow directions accurately and work well in a team environment.
•
Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors effectively.
•
Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work standards are met.
