About Us
Solcoa Industries has developed the first carbon-zero, Western rare earth metal production process. We’re already producing key rare earth metals — primarily neodymium (Nd), dysprosium (Dy), and terbium (Tb)— right here in the U.S., significantly reducing dependence on environmentally harmful and unstable Chinese supply chains.
As we scale production rapidly, we’re building a team of skilled, driven, and mission-aligned individuals who want to be part of something truly transformative.
