Kitter / Picker

Job Summary: Shift:1st 6am-2pm

The Kitter/Picker role pulls parts from the burn department, machine shop, saw, etc. and builds kits to make the products we sell. This role would be responsible for checking that part numbers match the plans for each job.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

· Must be able to operate a tow motor and overhead crane.

· Must be able to work with moderate supervision.

· Must be eager to learn, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and most importantly, willing to be trained.

· Must be willing to perform various other shop duties as needed.

· Must be able to follow directions and maintain a professional attitude.

· Must have good verbal and written communication skills and be able to work within a team environment.

· Must be punctual/reliable.

· This position is active and requires standing, walking, bending, throughout the day. Team Member must be able to lift 5o+ lbs. safely.

· Must be willing to learn and adhere to required safety standards and practices.

· Must have or be obtaining a High School Diploma or equivalent.
