About the Role

The Junior Estimator will support our Estimating Department by assisting with project take-offs, bid solicitation, proposal development, and overall estimating tasks under the direction of senior team members. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented early-career professional eager to grow in high-end residential construction while contributing to a team committed to accuracy, efficiency, and white-glove client service.

Required Qualifications

· 1–3 years of experience in construction estimating.

· 1-3 years of construction field experience, highly desirable.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Buildertrend, Plan Swift, Bluebeam, or other take-off tools highly desirable.

· Basic understanding of reading construction documents.

· Strong communication, math, and organizational skills.

· Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
