ThoroughTec, the worlds leading developer of advanced, operator training simulators for the Mining Industry is seeking an energetic, high-performing Business Development Manager, to cover the North American market. Candidates should ideally be based in Dallas Fort Worth, though other, suitable locations in North America will be considered based on relevant experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
•Meeting high level stakeholders in the mining industry.
•Full sales cycle management.
•Unearthing new opportunities.
•Regional and international business travel.
Ideal candidates should demonstrate:
•At least 3 years experience in sales, account management roles, preferably in the mining industry.
•A successful sales track record in high value, B2B, capital equipment sales.
•A positive and determined approach to identifying new business opportunities using leads, relevant research tools, region specific targeting and cold calling.
•Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment.
•A capability to work independently
•A track record of exceeding sales targets
•An inherently competitive nature and a hunger to succeed.
