Job Summary
This position is responsible for supporting the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of one or many critical master data objects within the SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, as required by business requests. Critical master data encompasses stock material, non-stock material, Bill of Material (BOM), equipment, functional location, and other maintenance and procurement objects. As a "subject matter expert", this position is accountable for associated daily operational processes and functions. This involves the ability to effectively communicate the related implications of proposed options on multiple integrated systems, interfaces, and business processes. This position may participate on cross-functional teams.
This position is based at the Terminal, however, some travel to off-site locations as required. This position requires the incumbent to hold a valid, unexpired driver license at all times in order to perform the essential functions of the job.
Duties/Responsibilities
•Assist cross functional ERP/SAP teams for process development for Master Data objects;
•Enters and maintains material master data for stock and non-stock material in accordance with FLNG requirements;
•Assist with the management of Terminal Master Data objects including but not limited to Equipment, Functional Location, Materials, BOM;
•Maintains, communicates, and enforces policies and procedure documents for relevant master data processes and functions;
•Supports all data avenues related to business area.
•Assists with collaborating and testing data related activities for SAP projects.
•Identifies opportunities and actively participates in process improvement initiatives;
•Takes responsibility for personal development and continuing education;
•Supports internal colleagues on key data field usage relating to material masters and bills of materials;
•Additional duties as assigned.
Essential Functions
Minimum Qualification/Work Experience
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics, or related field preferred.
Minimum Experience:
0-2 years of SAP Master Data experience.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
•SAP Master Data experience;
•Advanced level skills in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook;
•Experience in developing material master data analysis procedures;
•Good written/verbal technical communication skill;
•Active learner, Self-starter;
•Ability to work independently and problem solve while working in a team environment and be flexible to adapt to frequent change
•Excellent quantitative and analytical skills;
•Strong planning skills; Experience in understanding of Vendor/Equipment supplied data sheets, effective communications;
•Must be able to read, understand and adhere to HSSE policies, including MSDS systems;
•Understanding of Winshuttle file importing and reporting.
HSE Roles and Responsibilities
Support the policies, efforts and programs of the Freeport LNG Health, Safety and Environmental Management System. Actively participate in the HSE Management System Policies. Ensure that HSE concerns are given priority in all activities completed within their area of responsibility. Implement routine inspections to ensure safe operating conditions.

Environmental/Working Conditions:
•Operates in a professional office environment within or outside of an industrial plant environment.
•Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers w/scanner and fax, and filing cabinets.

This is primarily a sedentary role; however, the incumbent must be able to stand and/or sit continuously to perform all essential job functions for a full shift.
•Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. as required in order to lift files, boxes and office equipment as necessary.
•Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending, standing on a stool, or climbing as necessary to perform these functions.
•While performing the duties of this role, the incumbent may be required to talk or hear.
•The incumbent is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
•Ability to drive to other Company work locations as required.
•Ability to move throughout all areas of each office/site location and facilities.
