We are hiring a licensed Electrician to join our Kalispell installation team. In this role you will work directly under our crew leads to complete the electrical work needed for solar and battery backup systems, along with any additional electrical work a project requires. This includes running conduit, pulling and terminating wire, wiring inverters and batteries, and ensuring everything is built safely and up to code.

- Complete the electrical portion of solar and battery backup system installations
- Run conduit, pull wire, and terminate electrical connections to plan set specifications
- Install junction boxes, disconnects, panels, meters, and monitoring equipment
- Wire and interconnect battery storage systems and inverters
- Ensure all work is NEC compliant and ready for inspection
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on site
- Support crew leads and contribute as a team player to finish projects successfully
- Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician in Montana (required)
- 3+ years of electrical experience (solar preferred but not required)- Strong knowledge of NEC, grounding, bonding, and interconnection rules
- Ability to read and interpret electrical plan sets and one-line diagrams
- Comfortable working on rooftops, in crawl spaces, and outdoors in all weather
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Team-oriented with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed

Location: Kalispell, MT (must currently live in the area)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hour shifts with overtime available Travel: Up to 50% within the Flathead Valley and surrounding region- Employee discount
