Position Overview

As a Journeyman Electrician at PrimeLine Electric, you will be a key employee and critical player in our success. You will lead by example on commercial and industrial projects, ensuring quality installations, safe practices, and timely execution. We're looking for someone who is not only technically strong but also embraces leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

· Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments.

· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

· Coordinate with project managers and teams to ensure efficient project execution.

· Mentor apprentices and less experienced team members, fostering a culture of mastery.

· Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and safety standards.

· Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues quickly and effectively.

· Maintain accurate documentation and report project progress.

· Represent the company with professionalism and integrity on job sites.

Qualifications

· Valid Journeyman Electrician License (State-specific).

· 4+ years of hands-on experience in commercial and/or industrial settings.

· Proficiency with tools, equipment, and materials common to the electrical trade.

· Deep understanding of NEC and local code requirements.

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Self-motivated with a solution-oriented mindset.

· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
