Janitorial Worker (Medical Facility) Part Time Days

We are looking for a Janitor to provide housekeeping duties at our customer sites. The goal is to maintain these sites in a clean, safe and orderly manner using prescribed infection control procedures . Single location ability to days and evenings in relief of regular staff.
Responsibilities
•
Clean and supply designated areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, disinfecting surfaces, discharge room cleaning, distributing linen, trash collection and transport etc.)
•
Perform and document required cleaning task
•
Carry out detailed cleaning tasks and special projects
•
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
•
Wearing required PPE (Personal Protection Equipment)
•
Stock and clean janitor's closet, restock tissue, towel, soap, and sanitizer dispensers, etc.
•
Cooperate with and provide great customer service to department staff, patients, and visitors
•
Follow all health and safety regulations
•
Perform all related duties as needed
Skills
•
Proven working experience as a janitor
•
Ability to stand, walk, bend, while working 8 to 12 hour shifts
•
Knowledge of cleaning processes, chemicals and supplies
•
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
•
Integrity and ability to work independently
•
Dependable and punctual
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $14.50 per hour
