Description:
Cleans offices, break room, drinking fountains, washrooms, toilets and lavatories. Sweeps, mops, and scrubs floors and stairs, dusts furniture. Empties garbage containers; removes refuse. Reports property damage and vending machine problems to supervisor.
Paints offices and assigned common areas as needed.
Maintains clean and orderly workplace.
Observes safety rules and practices; reports any unsafe acts or conditions to supervisor.
Personal Protective Equipment Requirements:
Long pants, steel-toed shoes, ear plugs and safety glasses.
Requirements:
Standing and walking over 2/3 time during normal work week.
Using and reaching with hands over 2/3 times during normal work week.
Stooping, kneeling, crouching between 1/3 to 2/3 during normal work week.
Lifting up to 5 pounds during a normal work week.
