- Image and deploy desktops and laptops using departmental standard images.
- Average daily volume: 50 desktops and 60 laptops.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow incidents related to desktop/laptop hardware and software within defined SLAs.
- Install and configure standard hardware and software, including Dell OptiPlex, Latitude, and Precision systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures, asset tracking, and inventory management.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with team members and end users.
- Collaborate with a team of 25 Systems Technicians to support enterprise-level desktop operations.
- Lift and move computer equipment weighing up to 30 lbs as required.
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of formal experience supporting desktops, laptops, and tablets.
- Imaging Tools: At least two (2) years of experience using Tanium or other enterprise-level imaging solutions.
- Operating Systems: Two (2) years of experience installing and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 11.
- Applications: Two (2) years of experience installing and troubleshooting Microsoft Office 2024 and Microsoft 365 (O365).
- Networking: Intermediate understanding of network infrastructure and troubleshooting.
- Documentation: Proven ability to document technical processes clearly and accurately.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a technical support environment.
- Two (2) years of formal experience triaging computer issues and imaging workstations and laptops.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proactive, resourceful, and innovative approach.
- Understanding of standard IT hardware/software management practices and software licensing laws.
- Experience with inventory control, record keeping, and IT asset management.
- Ability to prepare clear, concise written materials and correspondence.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet demanding deadlines.
