We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for managing our Managed Service Provider (MSP) relationship, handling all help desk inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of our internal IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Google Workspace, Microsoft Windows, VoIP, Salesforce and Networking as well as experience in setting up and configuring new systems.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for our MSP + Monitor MSP performance and ensure service level agreements are met + Coordinate with the MSP on system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting
+ Provide timely and effective technical support to internal users + Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues + Maintain accurate records of help desk inquiries and resolutions
+ Set up and configure new systems, including workstations, laptops, and mobile devices + Order and deploy new hardware as needed + Work with MSP and CTO on network administration tasks + Manage and maintain internal Wi-Fi networks + Comfort with both on premise and cloud based environments
+ Manage user accounts and permissions in Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, Office 365 and Google Workspace + Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications + Provide training and support to users on software applications
