As an IT Solutions Analyst you will ensure that Technology solutions are consistently implemented and fully supported for our business stakeholders, delivering reliable systems that meet business requirements. Your goal will be to understand business needs, present the best solutions, and implement them while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and vendors to align priorities, resolve issues, and drive enhancements. Your success will be measured by your ability to optimize and implement solutions, mentor other analysts, and effectively engage all levels of leadership.

- Support our Oracle EBS application, from managing users requests to leading change related testing with stakeholders users
- Provide thoughtful, constructive feedback across teams and organizational levels to enhance collaboration and support the troubleshooting and resolution of software issues with efficiency and precision
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to define requirements and recommend solutions or issues
- Build project plans, manage technology lifecycles, and lead implementation/testing efforts and evaluate and resolve issues directly or escalate to Technology teams and vendors when necessary
- Mentor and support junior Solutions Analysts to build their skills and confidence
- Promote a process-centric approach to problem-solving and communicate its value to business leaders
- Experience in Oracle EBS or related ERP solution is preferred
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, multitasking, and time management skills to meet business and stakeholder priorities
- Communicate effectively across all levels, including senior leadership, and contribute meaningfully in team and individual settings
- Embrace technological change with curiosity, continuously learning and applying new knowledge to business challenges
- Champion process improvement by questioning inefficiencies, understanding business needs, and promoting outcome-driven approaches
- Undergraduate Degree or College diploma in related field
- Minimum of 5 Years in a major application support role
