IT Network Engineer

WEC Business Services, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Network Engineer (IT Infrastructure Consultant) in our Green Bay, Wisconsin or Pewaukee, Wisconsin location. This position offers flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement (remote/on-site) with time spent in the office.

This position is part of a job family (IT Infrastructure Consultant and Senior IT Infrastructure Consultant) where experience will be the determining factor. If you are currently in this Job Family, it will be a lateral move.

Job Summary

As an IT Infrastructure Consultant for the Network Infrastructure Team, you will work as a member of the team to support the company’s IT infrastructure and be involved in both design & engineering and operational activities. You will work on specific functional areas including, but are not limited to: LAN/WAN systems, telecommunications, voice/wire/RF/optical systems, cyber security and firewalls, system software, applications, and databases. The Infrastructure Consultants' responsibilities include design & engineering tasks such as planning, evaluating, designing, and testing of systems, in addition to consulting, budgeting, cost analysis, and vendor analysis.

Pay Range Minimum: $76,932.70

Pay Range Maximum: $132,708.94

The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs. At WEC Energy Group, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
