IT Internship – Workflow Automation & Digital Solutions (Power Platform)

- Develop Digital Workflows: Design, build, and test automation workflows and custom applications using Power Apps and Power Automate to improve business efficiency.

- Support Document Management: Help organize, manage, and secure digital content using SharePoint, ensuring better access and collaboration across teams.

- End User IT Support (20%): Provide basic IT assistance and troubleshooting for employees, helping resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with IT professionals, business users, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement impactful solutions.

- Continuous Improvement Projects: Participate in projects focused on streamlining processes and enhancing digital workflows—including initiatives that support IT Security and reporting.

- Leverage Emerging Tech: Explore and integrate technologies like Microsoft Copilot to enhance document processing and identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

- Prior hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint).

- Basic IT troubleshooting skills and a willingness to support users with technical issues.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

- Interest in digital transformation, process automation, and continuous improvement.

- Willingness to work on-site during the internship period.
