IT Internship – User Support and Systems Access
Assist with maintaining and troubleshooting existing IT infrastructure, onboarding of new users, onboarding of new equipment, granting system and network access, providing IT related training to company employees, and performing basic troubleshooting of network or computer issues. Overall, support the IT team in maintaining smooth daily operations by ensuring timely resolution to issues and user requests. On the job training will be provided.
Requirements:
•Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
•Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and common management tools.
•Strong logic based, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
•Ability to follow procedures and to document processes clearly.
•Excellent communication and customer service skills.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
•Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative.
•Able to work 20+ hours a week.
•Familiarity with UniFi’s equipment and management environment is a plus.
•Familiarity with SQL and MS Server is a plus.
